 Service Policy

Booking and Reservations Advance Booking: We recommend booking services at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.
Same-Day Requests: Same-day service requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
Peak Periods: During peak periods (holidays and weekends), we encourage early booking to secure your desired time slots.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee
No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for a scheduled service and fail to cancel, you will be charged the full service fee.
Refunds: Refunds are not provided for services rendered. In cases of prepayment, refunds are only issued if the service is canceled within the appropriate cancellation window.

PaymentPayment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. To ensure a smooth and efficient transaction process, we require a 50% deposit to be paid at the time of booking your pet care service. This deposit secures your reservation and allows us to allocate the necessary resources for your pet’s care. The remaining 50% of the payment is due immediately upon completion of the service. This two-part payment structure helps us maintain the high standard of care and attention we provide to every pet. If you have any questions or need assistance with the payment process, please feel free to contact us.

Late Payment: Payments not received within 7 days of the service date will incur a late fee of $15.

Additional Fees 
Additional Pets: $5 per additional pet per service.
Puppy Rate: $5 per service (Drop-Ins), $10 per night (Sitting).
Holiday Pricing: $5 per service (Drop-Ins), $10 - $20 per day (Sitting and Walks).
Mileage Fee: $5 per service for locations 7 miles away and further.


Health and Safety
Vaccination Requirements: All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations. Proof of vaccination is required prior to the first service.
Behavioral Requirements: Pets must be non-aggressive and socialized. We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that poses a risk to our staff or other animals.
Weather Policy: Dog walks will only be conducted in weather below 90° for the safety of your pets.


Emergencies
Emergency Contact: Clients must provide an emergency contact and veterinary information.
Emergency Procedures: In case of an emergency, we will contact you immediately. If you are unreachable, we will take your pet to the nearest emergency veterinary clinic.

Client ResponsibilitiesAccurate Information:Clients must provide accurate and complete information about their pet's health, behavior, and care needs.
Home Access: Clients must ensure that we have safe and secure access to their home for drop-in visits and pet sitting services.
Privacy and Data ProtectionConfidentiality: We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

Data Protection: All client information is stored securely and used solely for the purpose of providing pet care services.
Custom ServicesAvailability: Custom services are available upon request. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs and obtain a personalized quote.
